General Safety is the sidekick of Vindibudd. His mission is to guarantee the general safety of the general public and is typically very helpful in pointing out safety issues. His problem is that he typically focuses on minor safety issues, ignoring the big picture, for example when he once told some bank robbers to walk not run. General Safety is an extremely accomplished martial artist and deadly with a staff weapon. He is unlike Vindibudd in that he actually does have a super power. He has the power of existentialism. He can create objects out of nothing. He is not quite fully aware of this and as such, does not take advantage ot it. Unlike Vindibudd, General Safety has expressed that his primary motivation for becoming a supehero is "for the puppies." No one quite knows what that is all about.
