Chill Kill is so cold that if you touch him with your bare hand you will freeze solid. Even his personality and demeanor is cold. Chill Kill recently left his minimum wage job of making ice cubes to return to super villainy. Some time ago he had a relationship with the superhero Red Hot. The reason for the break up is still unknown.
