306-310 : Bracketing cop-out ... and Shao Kahn appears?

I had every intent of bracketing a 32-person tournament when I started this thing. But then I realized not only would I be "spoiling" which people would be in the tournament before you saw them, but I'd actually have to decide who beat who for EVERYONE. And some of these characters I just wanted for one-panel humor purposes, and then it wasn't important how they lost or who they lost to.

Also fearing that a 200-panel tournament would cripple my supply of "one-liners" and put another 'delay of plot penalty' on the story, in the end I decided to leave the contestants a mystery and see where the story took itself.

… and then Shao Kahn appeared. I dunno.
