Of the half-dozen people who will ever read this comic :), it's likely some have heard of "Bleach," an anime series creeping up on its hundreth episode in Japan that's been licensed for the US about a half-year ago.

Shred's "Shinigami Blade" and everything connected to it are about as blatantly stolen from the main character of that series as you can get. :P

Ah, well. The world of Sprites has never been the home of the most original stories in the world, seeing as how most of them are starting right out of the gate with stolen material.

Of course, once it gets released in a dubbed format, I shudder to think of what will happen after it gets "Narutized." Believe it.
