Counting by total pages - sorry if that throws anyone off. I very much liked this beginning better than the super slow original one. There is a lot of mob/guild/cajun mafia involvement in SCD later in the series. I wanted to make that apparent not. As this version of SCD progresses this involvement will be brought up more.
