Enter the evil Chief Sterns. Police brutality much? Sadly so.

I remember the first time SCD ran online Sterns' appearance got mixed reviews. Some people said I made him look too cool. And I get that. It's the sunglasses. I tried to make him look aged but didn't do too good of a job. I do better in Chapter 6 and Chapter 7. But Sterns definitely has issue for as short of time as he is in the comic.
