Hi, it's PinkDiapers! This is a beast of a post, it's sort of a two parter. It's my plot point introduction and my character intro as well. I don't plan on posting this huge very time but I do tend to get carried away somtimes. (this started at three pages.) Anyhoo I hope you enjoy it; I tried my best to recreate the city from afar but, let me know if I screwed up any of the geography of Toonsville. I guess that's about it.
