SUMMER 2020: Well, not rapid per se. But my compulsive jogging– which I started to deal with pandemic era stress, would eventually carry me all the way from my pre-pandemic 205 lb flabby physique to my Covid era 175 lb athletic build. Therese encouraged this, as did all my friends.
