How many people can tie a bow whilst holding a clipboard?

A new rule for Admin staff is: Never put down the clipboard.
Very recently, the Admin staff have begun losing them when visiting other floors, so it was decreed that they should keep them in their hands until they return to their floor. Maybe if a human was around, he'd notice that no robot has ever lost anything until now.
