This is the last time Vincent rants, I promise.
For now, at least.

I promised I'd discuss him.
Vincent's character was Jacob's idea. He simply started off as "The Grumpy One". I was initially put off by the though of a robot character who was riskily unlikeable but he's turned out to be especially useful. In this sequence, it was really handy to have an advocate to get across the reasons why they can't do easier things.
If you don't like him, don't worry, I don't expect you to. Just know that I have some special things planned for him…

Also, if you don't get exactly what their plan is, don't worry about it.
