That's the end of chapter one! I thought about making it longer, but I couldn't figure out how to flesh out the human town more. I kind of like that it feels very "happening"-y where everything is happening around the main guy, sometimes as a direct result of his actions, but he doesn't really intend any of it. He got himself into something way more extreme than he thought and now he's got a bunch of hungry humans, a dead king, and a disloyal knight.

Deciding whether to progress in straightline character order or to jump around to keep y'all on your toes. Oh well. we'll see.
