Not sure why, but rereading this section of the story, it seemed that the real central focus was the notebook, so that's what I drew. Of course, what do I like drawing more than cars? Hands! (Maximum sarcasm is implied.)

Lydia is another character I am still getting to know (like Becky). I think the cast plays off each other nicely. As I mentioned this was the first character-centered and personality-driven story I ever attempted to write.
