More about the differences between PGSM and PSSM:

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is the live action series name while Pretty Soilder Sailor Moon is what the rest of the Sailor Moon universe goes under. I really don't know why they changed it. Maybe so it was not to scare little children?

Also a few more things (If you didn't know) the eld of the live action series ends with an ova where Usagi and Mamoru marry, the generals I think are alive again and all the scouts particpate in her wedding. It is said in the ova that they can't transform anymore either. It is assumed that they live NORMAL human lives.

While in the anime and manga I think they still can. That and the anime ends with just a kiss while the manga ends while they get married. It is said that though the entire series that usagi and mamoru will become a queen and king of crystal tokyo after some sorta ice age. In the anime eternal sailor moon is her powerfulest transformation right below her Queen transformation. (Hotaru's baby vision shows the Neo Queen Sailor Moon transforming as Eternal Sailor Moon)

While in the manga there is one more transformation sailor moon undergoes. This is where Chibi chibi differes in the anime and manga. In the anime she's galaxias starseed sent away to find someone to defeat her. While in the manga she is sailor moons final transformation, came back in time to see if she should stop herself from not destroying the great evil totally.

Chibi chibi has never been usagi and mamoru's OTHER daughter which is a wide spread rumor (most moonies now a days know better though).
