If you don't get where they are here's a little review:

You noticed that Matsumi made mention she could see time flow, since she was moving so fast? They ended up running to the base of time and now when they make up stories their actually fiddling with destany and the "wieve" that the three fates make :P.

BTW I don't believe the three fates are real or anything but for storytelling it's easier to put them as the role players of destany then someone else.
