3 pages uploaded!Sorry for taking so long to update, but chapter 4 is finally here!It took me a while simply because this story, The Legend of Beowulf, is such an epic (I'm only telling the first part) it took me a while to figure out how to condense it into something shorter, and also a while to decide that I wanted to take on Beowulf of all things. I really love not just the story, but everything surrounding it. Its like Britain's biggest connection to it's ancestors in so many ways, so it feels like something special to me.I was actually originally going to do 'George and the Dragon' for this chapter, but I looked up the story and realised it wouldnt be appropriet at all, so decided on Beowulf instead. I basically wanted a 'hero' story thats well known in England. George and the Dragon is well known (duh St. Georges day) but as I read the story I realised how it doesnt have much connection to England, and I didnt like the story very much either (a bit boring, just your usual 'damsel in distress' thing, no littler lessons/morals or anything fun).And apologies if the text is not understandable, I wanted to do a more 'direct' translation from the Saxon writings. Beowulf is basically saying: "Grendel doesnt use weapons against anyone, so I wont use weapons against him. If I die, so be it, God will decide if its my time to go or not."/rambling!

@Aejalove Thank you! And wow, I had no idea you lived in Japan! I knew from your comic that you didnt live in the US, but I never twigged that it was Japan! 0_0 Thats really cool, where do you live exactly? :D
@DeeArris Oh wow I had no idea until you said that you were writing a comic! 0_0 I can't believe you've commented all this time and I've never gone and checked! I did check out your comic though, I'm loving the overall concept so far (we have similar taste in stories, dont we? XD) Its a shame the updates are slow, its looks to potentially be a very intresting story :( I'll keep an eye on it for upates anyway ;)
