Willow continues to be mischievous but this time with backing from the institute.
This entire strip was set up for Octavia's one word answer, so you know, but some of the other answers were pretty funny. For instance, Loo Ellen has mistaken the plot of a Conan comic for her previous life. Sad, isn't it?
