This is the other side of the ‘Bimbo Goddess’ Strip, I think.
For the record, neither Willow nor Octavia are supposed to be fat. Willow is plump, (and I do draw her skinner than she’s supposed to be) and Octavia is rounded.
Loo Ellen is just lashing out at them, because she finally got a good line.
