This was nasty. Octavia knew it was nasty when she said it. Removing his duologue in the last panel redeemed it a little, because he seems shocked.
See? Not Stewart.
Sadly, this fellow is based on the Chick Boy who appears in Ghastly's Ghastly Comic, a link that is neither work, nor child-safe, but it pretty funny.
I hope Ghastly doesn't mind too much.
