Pagem 30: Yoko Tsuno from memory

As a kid, I read several books of Yoko Tsuno, our town library had them. I only remembered one particular scene: Yoko in a very SF city talking to a robot, then she realizes that all the vital parts of the robot are unprotected. It stuck to my mind because it seemed like a such clever observation which I at that age never would've made.

So when I did some research recently on Yoko Tsuno (I couldn't even remember the name, I remembered her only as "the asian girl who made the observation on the robot's vital parts") I decided to draw the scene from memory before finding the particular book in which it was.

That's the result.

Of course the original page looked completely different:

More precisely: it's the last panel ("C'est… incroyable! Les parties vitals de ce robot sont sans protection!") of page 31 of #13, Les Archanges de Vinéa (The Archangels of Vinea) and the robot in question is called Tryak.

The mind works in funny ways.

And yay, this is my very first comic to enter the top 1000. Cool.
