I made myself laugh when I saw the finished animation, which begs the question: What the fuck is wrong with me? Good God, this one is funny to me, so I don't care what you guys think. At 145 frames, 71 of which are unique, this is my own little piece of heaven. I'm like the Count from Sesame Street. Another little sidenote, perhaps you'll like it, perhaps not: While making this, at one point The Doors came on with "Break on Through (To the Other Side)." I laughed.
Speaking of heaven, if you've never seen the Perry Bible Fellowship, get over there NOW. About one in five comics makes me laugh out loud and that's a rare feat. I rediscovered them a couple days ago and I am in a good mood. I got the link from Sticks and Stones, another good comic, whose link I got from Beaver and Steve which was on the Duck so long ago. It's a tangled web I weave here on the comicking side of the internet, but one that ultimatly leads to a kind of special satisfaction. Read more comics!
Likewise, I've found a handful of comics whose links I'm-a gonna list here. Let's call it a return to a little segment I once named "Why Aren't More People Reading These Comics?!?" First up, The Pill and the Pear, a comic about God knows what. I've read the short archive and I still can't figgir it out. It's most assuredly worth your time. Alright, next one coming: Gummi Bear ODing. This one takes some time to aclimate to. Please don't be put off by the art, as the guy actually has some pretty decent Paint work. Likewise, every comic has different characters, so we're out of sprite-land. The humor, however, is key and you'd better like it.
If anyone has any money, about five-hundred of our American dollars, I could really use it. I don't have a Donate button anywhere, but if anyone's interested muh email address is twighlightaz (at?) yahoo.com. I'd really appreciate it. I'm about as broke as they come.
Recap on life: Big weekend last time and coming up, floor hockey is pretty rockin', abandonware/freeware is the tits, and I need a place to live next semester.
That's how things go, I guess. You can enjoy yourself only so much before society demands that you stop. Sigh… But don't let that stop you folks! Enjoy!
