Sorry that these didn't get posted to the mirrors sooner, guys. Long story short: I usually upload to the mirrors on Sunday night, except when I'm in the ER, when I don't. Nothing terribly serious, it looks like, although what with all the lovely lovely morphine I may not be the best judge.
