Chapter 7 - cheating without typing in a code.

If you didn't get the joke in this page, the koopa and Luigi were playing Mortal Kombat 2, and there's an uppercut move that is unstoppable unless you get hit by a leg slide.
Juse hold down the button that makes your charcter duck, when the other player comes at you, do the uppercut and make the other guy fly across the arena, keep doing it until you win.
that's what the koopa did in the game in case you were wondering.
