Altimas: Hey ya'll, the page was mostly made for me to try out some special effects, mostly for Ice's Blizzard mode…what do you think? Me, I think it looks better than the stitched pattern one…

…It was fun and easy to make this page ^_^

Oh, and the joke in the last panel, was to show Ryu that when he tells me to do something, I do it XD (he told me to make the last panel as BRIGHT as possible XD)
