The 10th comic. Published July 25th, 2004. At last, the reason why people just stand there and watch the "super-attack" approach in cartoons: it's part of the job. And if you think anime is bad for it, you should see the old "Super Friends" cartoons where the characters not only see the attack coming, but have time to announce it's arrival… and STILL just stand there and let it hit them.
