Originally published September 19, 2004. While High Voltage was introduced in the 2nd strip, he wasn't REALLY introduced until this one. While he's pretty hyper and loopy… he's also one of the few remaining old-school heroes and probably the only Hero character left in Toronto who still follows the spirit of "the rules" of heroics.
