Common Interview Rejections

Originally published October 10, 2004. While the interviewer looks like a certain fast-food clown, I later decided to really warp my parody of the famous fast-food chain's spokesperson to the point of a separate entity entirely. The resulting character borrowed a bit (albeit I did this subconciously) from Dr. McNinja's take on Ronald McDonald. Like the Dr. McNinja version, Freddie LeFrenchie was a jerk and had mime powers. Unlike Dr. McNinja, LeFrenchie looked like an actual mime and the chain french-fried just about everything… including the milkshakes (and the napkins in some incarnations). The grey-skinned red-head is a cameo of a character whom I decided will be showing up again later to antagonize Molly. She appeared in some embarrassing old cartoons of mine.
