If I take the logic of Super Temps too seriously, technically Molly should be in trouble for blowing the heck outta a super-villain organization when she's not a full-fledged union member. Fortunately, I added some sub-clauses to support the storyline with recent graduates having a weak union membership, and that so long as she follows the union guidelines, any damage she does to a super-organization is legal. The only important one is not to draw blood – which you will notice, she never does.
