Originally published January 23rd, 2005. Another real-life experience; another employee closed off my lane and the customer decided to ignore it and threatened to go to the manager. Instead of being a jerk, I did the customer service thing… and found out later that management's policy is to basically say "tough" and let them go to the manager, because it holds up the other employee's breaks.

Too bad for the selfish moron customer, but this is a fantasy comic and Molly's got a short fuse.
