Mr. Unstoppable is a great character. Saskatoon is a great training province for new supers because the major cities provide exposure while the flatness of the province minimizes damage. Because Mr. Unstoppable is basically indestructible, he's perfect for helping rookies learn the ropes. His major problem is that he's easily intimidated by people with "issues".

Since Supers can't get psychiatric help (they're considered a lost cause) they keep him in Saskatoon because most new supers aren't as nuts.
