Originally, Molly was just chosen to play the "Fry Fink" because she was cute. I later decided that they needed more reason to replace an actor with some random employee when they could have easily just made a few calls.

This is how Kim, who is an older, civilian version of Alison (from Alison's Education) was brought into the picture as a tough, smart and somewhat angry executive producer for the latest ad spot. Kim still tries to cling to her ethics and ideals, but the often corrupt and underhanded nature of the business has brought out a sort of vicious cunning.

Kim knows who Molly is, and what she can do, and it sets in motion a plan that's both revenge and justice. And talking fast food.
