Skull Girl: He-man, Skeletor, the Thundercats – none of them bled. That's what's so great about violence without consequence!

I originally didn't plan on having Skull Girl have such a triumphant victory over LeFrenchie. Originally, she beat the snot out of him, amusing everyone around her but of course leading to unemployment again. However, I had to think of a reason why such celebrity take-down wouldn't have offers pouring in… so I had to change a number of events and it included the introduction of the tough union rules. Then I had to figure out why Molly didn't get in trouble previously, and thus the no-blood, no foul rule was born. Besides, it's what the networks use.
