Jenny Vs. Hydro

I really would like some extra feedback for this page. It was late for a number of reasons, one of which being Hydro's powers are FRICK'N HARD TO DRAW!!

I mean… DAMN! Water does NOT behave that way and liquids are hard enough to do as is, never mind when they rise up and turn into other objects. There are now officially TWO reasons why Hydro hardly ever gets to use his power: 1. Collateral damage, 2. FRICK'N HARD TO DRAW!

Anyhow, any feedback or suggestions on how I could do his powers better, much appreciated. Also…. why is it so hard to find reference pictures for industrial docks?
