Selective Concentration Loss

First off, sorry for being late. Had a church golf tournament that I forgot about yesterday so I lost a lot of finishing time. And I was stupid and not sleeping properly, so not really 100%.

Second off – you can be that it's "selective concentration" since Hydro isn't soaked and that watery hand was over-head too. This is a set-up strip, and there's a good chance I'll have to miss next week's update since I'll be in Boston visiting my girlfriend. :) I'll try to keep the content moving though!
