Still filler!

I'm late with my contribution for the next Off Hours (the pencils caused me grievous mental injury and I was unable to get it inked before my vacation) which also means Super Temps is still delayed too.

This picture was much funnier in person. (a bus pulled up just as we took the shot.) Trust me, the "No Swimming" part was pretty funny considering the total-and-complete lack of water… or even any spot to collect water in. Barren, dry, concrete rubble!

I thought Hydro would be good to put in front of it.
