This isn't my favourite strip as far as the artwork goes, but it's a favourite for the special kind of duality that really makes Super Temps fun.

If you look up the insult Skull Girl's using, you'll find that directly translated to English, it's extremely vulgar (albeit fitting). However, taken within the context of the language itself (it's French) it's not considered vulgar at all.

If you've noticed, Skully very rarely swears and when she does it's usually quite mild. Thus, she simultaneously is allowed to deliver a horribly rude insult (at least it would be if Jenny knew French and took the translation on a literal level) and yet stay within her own personal etiquette in regards to swearing.

Also note that Skiv is holding Skully back with one hand, but Jenny has the second restrained off-screen by Jackie. Not that Jenny is more angry, she's just less professional and Jackie is erring on the side of caution.
