Christmas Special 2008 Part Three

Something interesting is that Santa is indeed "Canon" in Super Temps (we have people with super powers running around in tights, a time-freezing, teleporting altruistic immortal isn't much of a stretch).

Those familiar with my writing style will also know that I make use of the "Curse of the Immortal" – all immortals also have little in the way of memory. It's how they stay sane; the loss of memory prevents monotony in daily life. It's perfect for Santa Claus; the job never gets old and it also explains why he's gotta check that list twice.

Also SANTA, not Superman, has a Fortress of Solitude. You have that much power and give away that much free stuff and you'd want a place for peace and quiet too.

Hmmm… I might add more whimsical observations of the impact of such a powerful Christmas entity later…
