Iron has an explanation for his words which will follow next week. In the meantime, I thought I'd do a bit o' explaining 'bout that add I put on the side.

I'm a fan of Urbaniacs, at www.urbaniacs.com. I like Urbaniacs for a variety of things, but Super Temps owes it a few things, which I'll explain in chronological order.

For one, Urbaniacs is the reason for Iron Pants getting fleshed out more fully than he would have otherwise, since I role-play Iron on the site (user name, Iron_Pants).

Secondly, I met my love on the site. Purely accidental; neither of us were looking for a date… we just found each other. Long, slightly crazy story.

Finally, Psychadelchick was inspired by Urbaniacs user Love_Child (whom I'm also friends with).

I want to give the site a hand, and especially the HERO side of things. The heroes have been inactive and uninspired lately, and I want to change that. Thus, I'm going to be running the Justice Unlimited Urbanville promotion (JUx2). Since I'm not an admin, it will be an 'unofficial' promo, but I plan to be doing give-away of Urbaniacs items, as well as offering artwork for a monthly prize! As an added bonus, you'll be able to interact with Iron Pants (I try to keep in character) as well as the real-life version of Psychadelchick – for those of you into that sorta thing. ;) Finally, there's a couple of Urbaniacs characters who will cross over into Super Temps if you like sneak peeks..

Meantime, yes I am working on inking the costume concepts. Once completed I'll be setting up a voting page, tentatively on the Duck.

Super Temps returns to regular full-page format next week.
