A note about the outfits:
Psycha has her "boobs out" vest because she's trying to intimidate the girls.
Jenny has her red outfit for a similar reason.
Skully just changed her shirt 'cause the other one had coffee on it.
High Voltage is in costume for the reason reason why Mr. Evil – not shown – is in costume. He's the leader, and it's the equivalent of Kim's shirt and tie – showing up in costume is more 'professional'.

And Hydro isn't there for the same reason why you don't smoke around open gasoline.

The girls, having never worked with each other, are expected to show up out-of-costume.
