And to preemptively answer some confusion – Molly has some latent psychic ability that Psychadelchick had just detected. In Super Temps, hiding your power is actually CRIMINAL and a major offence, but psychic abilities are nearly impossible to detect because such abilities are rare even among supers. (BTW, just to point out that in Super Temps, since everyone's got a power nobody is a "metahuman" because it's not unusual. Just having a really GOOD one makes you "Super")

The rarity of psychic abilities and the difficulty in PROVING said psychic abilities means that anyone lucky enough to have them could easily hide it. (Thankfully, even most psychics tend to be loopy and thus go into the Super Biz like Psycha).

Psycha already thought Skully was just stealing her cute genki-girl persona (which you haven't seen in comic but I hinted at when she talked with Hydro prior) but if you factor in a hidden, unregistered psychic ability and not personally knowing Skull Girl and you can see why she's so alarmed.
