Iron is tired of the game.

Basically, Iron is 'breaking character' by already knowing who's behind the jewel theft from work experience, when he is publicly supposed to use detective work.

To those wondering (and it will be explained in-comic) he's actually scanning for a list of pre-set locations used as hideouts for capers that recently had the same kind of pink smoke delivered to them. Iron's been in the business long enough to recognize the residue.
