Cursive Vs. Jackie, Take One

Here's the skinny:  Jackie has super strength and damage resistance (pretty standard).  Cursive's only allowed ability (with this persona) allows her to absorb energy attacks.
This does nothing against enheightened strength.  Cursive is a good scrapper, which is why she wants to try her fists first.  Skills have beaten strength in the past, but Jackie doesn't foolishly rely on her strength alone.
