Yes, Psycha only has to defeat Skully now to be the victor, even if she gets captured or is otherwise defeated.  To review, Skully has to evade capture and hang on to the diamond for three days, while Jenny has to retrieve the diamond and capture everyone involved.
While the victory conditions are heavily skewed to Psycha's favour, her rewards have next to no monetary value.  Jenny gets a considerable boost and cash reward but she has the heroes to help her.  Skully's conditions are the hardest, but her rewards are also the greatest (taking over the city is a major villain achievement) and her ninja skills make it quite doable.

Personal life has been tricky, hence the slow updates of late.
