Yes, it's a new saga. I originally wanted to expand the "Chaos Emeralds" saga to issue 20, but I couldn't think of a way to do so. So I had to end it, and start this new saga of Super Tails. This one is long, though, so it makes up for my not being able to contiue. Oh, and sorry I couldn't update on Monday. I couldn't go on the computer. And there will be no updates next week, seeing as how I won't be here. Sorry to all you Super (short) Sonic fans.
