After I drew it I realized that the sort of pyramid shape of that little ship is based on a toy space ship I had as a kid. Must've been in the 80's, based on a cartoon or something…hm can't remember the name at all. The only other thing I can remember about it right now is that the figures had magnets in their feet, and the ships had magnets on them, so you could stand them on the side of the ships…and stuff.
