That big long thing in #18 that looks like an electric toothbrush gone wrong is in fact a space station, and I ended up doing this long complicated thing with hundreds of layers to try to get some simulated cylindrical rotation, ie those three bright dashes on it will "rotate" around in sort of pseudo-3D fashion in the animated version. Hopefully that'll be at least mildly convincing, I guess we'll see. :P Also, it'll be rotating at 1 degree per frame, which works out to just under 2 rotations per minute. Why? Well it's rotating to create (weak–just under 1/10th Earth gravity, about) simulated gravity inside the station, but if you spin much faster than 2 rotations per minute, apparently your space station will become something of a vomit comet. 8o So you've got to be careful of a lot of things when designing a space station!
