"For only the second time, astronomers have linked an elusive particle called a high-energy neutrino to an object outside our galaxy." Both sources have been black holes: the first was a supermassive black hole powering an active galactic nucleus with a jet pointing right at Earth (a "blazar"); the latest is thought to have come from a 30 million solar mass supermassive black hole tearing apart a star: NASA article.
