Book One page 29

There are two versions of these last few panels. There is one that combines it all into one page and the two page version. But I am so in love with my own images that I can't bear to make the small in order to tell a story? They really deserve to splash across the page. Nope. There is a wildly over read comic on DD whose creator cannot bear to to have more than two magnificent panels per page. Though I still read it that comic stopped being worth a bucket of warm spit a couple of years ago.

This version works much better and ends the scene. I apologize for the delay of the second page last week. I worked fourteen hours and I was just too exhausted. As it is, I couldn't motivate myself to post this page until late because I messed up my right hand doing yard work yesterday.

I have to reiterate that all the photos used here were taken 12-13 years ago. I've completely reworked the images here and adjusted a lot of the dialogue. And added facial expressions. This is the original page: http://www.theduckwebcomics.com/Go_A_Viking_The_Sword_of_Kings/5013624/

Once upon a time I was loathe to shrink panels too. I didn't know anything about paneling yet. It was just image following image to move the story along. No reaction shots, badly paced dialogue. A real mess. But it was the only one of my comics to ever get featured. Don't know about you, but to me looks like something is awry there.

Monday we jump to morning and King Falkimir's after action reports.
