Well they are figures. And figures can break or re-sourced for another project by an over enthusiastic hobbyist.

Or said hobbyist can sour on a figure he once loved and get rid of it not realizing that somewhere down the road he might use it again.

So here is a page reviewing the five major character figure changes so far. Some haven't appeared yet and the originals are long since gone and others will come up as the story progresses.
