And they kiss as the goddess of the dawn spreads her rosy fingers across the sky as the god of the sun shows himself beginning his ride across the sky.

These dawn sequences led me to do a Gone with the Wind inspired orange sunset sequence in the Go a Viking parody. Go a Viking -- Gone

I read in various forums that the best way to depict a gay or lesbian couple was to do them not as a "token " gay or lesbian couple but as a couple who just happen to be same sex. That is hopefully what I managed to pull off here.
