Not happy with the color on this one. Next time I'm probably going to do it with colored pencils rather than digitally. Can't get the right feel digitally for just a little scribble.

The frames in the top image are supposed to be the respective mirrors the two are using to speak to each other. The main purpose of the color was to contrast between what Rynessa was and what she is now as Glorreaka. Provide a hint of back story for her.

The little girl is Nezumi. It's easy to draw small children when you remain mindful of human proportion. Eyes don't change in size much from birth to adulthood. So a child's face is proportioned appropriately. Everything else is shorter, squatter and plumper with the eyes remaining about the same.

And of course Searsha has nightmares about her youth.
